This Privacy Policy explains how Paver Portal ("we," "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our platform and websites (the "Service").
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service — hosting and database (Supabase, Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), and AI processing (Anthropic) — under agreements that restrict their use of it; with a company's authorized users as directed by that company; and where required by law or in connection with a business transfer.
We retain information for as long as an account is active. Following termination, Customer Content is available for export for 30 days and may be deleted afterward. We may retain limited records as required for legal, billing, or security purposes.
We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, tenant isolation enforced at the database layer, role-based access controls, and private storage for uploaded media. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
You can access and update account information in the product. Depending on where you live (including under the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal information, and to limit certain processing. Homeowner clients should direct requests to the hardscaping company they work with; we support our customers in fulfilling them. You can also contact us directly at the address below.
The Service is for business use and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
